Clíodhna O'Sullivan is an Irish fantasy author. Her debut novel, Her Hidden Fire, is a searing, Irish-inspired romantic fantasy published in March 2026 by Penguin. It was selected by Amazon Editors as one of their Best Books of 2026 so far, so here's hoping for a remarkably weak crop in the second half of 2026 so it might have some chance at those year end lists. Her Hidden Fire was also a number 1 international bestseller, a Good Morning America book club pick and an Indies Introduce and Indie Next pick by the American Booksellers Association. Essentially some good people who read books for a living think it's not bad, so maybe you might give it a try. Book 2 in the series, Her Rising Flame publishes in November 2026 with Book 3, Her Bright Fury publishing in 2027. She lives in Louth on the east coast of Ireland, and is married with three children, far too many cats and a dog.
