I’m Jacob “Jake” Sullivan, a history teacher and assistant principal from Athens, Alabama, whose stories bridge the past and future through a fascination with how human choices echo across time. With degrees in history and instructional leadership, I’ve spent over a decade teaching students to see how history shapes who we are. My books, including Redstone, Forlorn, and Echoes of Atonement, blend realism with science fiction to explore survival, love, and redemption amid collapse. When I’m not writing or teaching, you’ll find me restoring my 1967 Ford F-100, fishing, or out on the pontoon with my wife and daughter on Lake Tuscaloosa. We’re all water bugs at heart, happiest where the world slows down and stories come alive.
