John Paul Davis is the international bestselling author of fourteen thriller novels and seven works of nonfiction. His debut thriller, The Templar Agenda, broke into the UK Top 20 and reached #1 in Historical Thrillers. He has since written bestselling conspiracy and historical thrillers including The Cortés Trilogy — a UK Top 40 and US Top 20 hit — and the White Hart series, featuring a covert black-ops brotherhood with roots in the Middle Ages. Alongside his fiction, Davis has written historical nonfiction. His debut, Robin Hood: The Unknown Templar, attracted international media attention, while Pity For The Guy — the first full-length biography of Guy Fawkes — was featured on ITV’s The Alan Titchmarsh Show. A member of International Thriller Writers and an Associate Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, Davis holds a BSc from Loughborough University and lives in Warwickshire, England. When he's not out running, hiking, exploring ruined castles and abbeys, or watching Aston Villa, he's usually dreaming up new plot twists.
