Stefan Martinovic is a real estate developer, operator, and technologist who has spent his career at the intersection of emerging technologies and the built environment. He is Managing Director at Remix and Co-Founder and Partner at Circular Enterprises, where he leads development of Livingston Farm, a 121-acre regenerative mixed-use project in the Catskills that integrates organic agriculture, conservation, hospitality, and Passive House construction. He has been an advisor to more than a dozen companies in the PropTech sector and a longtime member of the Urban Land Institute, where he previously served on the ULI New York Technology Council. At NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, he is an adjunct professor teaching Entrepreneurship & Innovation in Real Estate Development, a graduate course that prepares the next generation of operators to work in a practice being reshaped by artificial intelligence, climate adaptation, and new construction methods. He holds an MBA from the William & Mary Mason School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Seton Hall University. He lives in the Hudson Valley with his family.
