Jules blends clear, practical tools with evidence-based coaching techniques to help you take action and make your dreams feel achievable!


    From February we move into monthly sessions (on the last Thursday of each month) designed to keep your progress on track and support you when life inevitably gets in the way. Each catch-up focuses on a different theme, helping you navigate pivots, handle pitfalls, build resilience, and celebrate meaningful wins.
