Let me keep you company while also encouraging you to make that leap to try out new things in the kitchen and in the garden. If I can create simple, tasty meals then you certainly can. Join me and listen in on how I do it as I prep and cook meals from scratch with healthy and nutritious ingredients. It might not be as hard as you think!

You could also join me in the garden and find out what grows and what doesn't. As a latecomer to gardening I have found that I would like to pass on my meagre knowledge of the soil and let you know that if you don't try new things you won't find out. Nothing tastes better than something you have grown from scratch yourself.

I will also being adding the occasional episode of ambient sounds from the countryside, where you can drift away to waves lapping on the Wild Atlantic Way, birds singing in my garden or maybe the rain falling in the West of Ireland.

And if it's just company you want, a voice in your ear while you do the house-work or walk the dog. Well, that could be me also, telling you about my transition from West London to the West of Ireland and all that I have learned on the way. It's a bit like ASMR, but for adults.
