• Evergreen - Revived for a Summer Run - Conscious Living on Empower Radio
    Jun 26 2026

A blast from the past: some of my original Conscious Living shows are being featured in the special limited-time revival of Empower Radio.

I have no idea which titles were selected, so this is a true archive surprise. These episodes are presented as-is — original content, recorded live, free of edits, and very much from the moment. Gasp! And yes, that photo is… dated. Gasp x2.

Empower Radio began in 2007 as an idea scribbled on the back of a receipt after lunch: what if radio could be used to raise consciousness and connect with people in a deeper, more meaningful way?

Founder Brent Carey brought that idea to life in 2009, launching Empower Radio as an internet station in Northern Michigan. Live shows were later made available as “shows on-demand” before most listeners were familiar with the word podcast. Over time, Empower became one of the early national podcast networks offering subscription-based shows focused on personal growth, spirituality, health, wellness, and conscious living.

After 13 years as an online radio station and podcast network, Empower paused in 2022 and later evolved into The Empower Channel in 2024, expanding its mission through video on YouTube, Facebook, X, and Substack.

Now, in celebration of Empower’s 17th anniversary, Empower Radio is back for a limited time, streaming a curated mix of inspiring conversations from 2009 through today — including archive episodes from longtime hosts, plus new weekly episodes from Bonnie Wirth and Lisa Campion.

I’m honored to have Wendy’s Coffeehouse included in this revival and grateful to be part of Empower’s larger mission: positive media created to inform, uplift, and inspire curiosity.

UPDATE: When the site paused in 2022, we were given the option to remove shows we wanted to keep because the archive would be retired. New life - and new discovery! Spotify has my Empower Radio Conscious Living shows. Gasp x3!

Empower Radio aired 10 years of my interviews with guests. What a great surprise to find this archive is still available. I am so glad it survived. Names and show descriptions are all saved.

  • UFO Headlines and Dream Interpretation: JM DeBord - Archive Refresh
    Jun 22 2026

In honor of the Disclosure Day Movie - the UFO headlines included in this show fit right in. Prior to 2017 -- when UFOs didn't exist... (That narrative has now expired/is no longer useful.)

INFO: This segment has been edited. Opens with the show music and news headlines then the interview with Dream Interpreter/Author JM DeBord.

RE Music: Used at the time of production in studio for live broadcast on KCMO 710 AM Radio. 2015-2017. 2 issues with this rebroadcast - that portion has been removed.

    https://jmdebord.com/

Summary: This video is a 2015/16 archival broadcast of Wendy's Coffee House, a talk radio program exploring UFO phenomena and the intersection of dreams and psychology. In this segment, host Wendy shares UFO-related news headlines before interviewing guest JM DeBord (also known as Jason), a renowned Reddit dream interpreter and author of the Dream Interpretation Dictionary.

Part 1: UFO News and Headlines (0:41 – 8:34) Wendy discusses several topics related to unidentified aerial phenomena:

    • Roswell 70th Anniversary: Discussion of upcoming events in Roswell and the persistence of UFO witness reports (1:47).
    • Project Blue Book: The History Channel's series project involving Robert Zemeckis and the historical case files of Dr. J. Allen Hynek (5:20).
    • UFO Roadside Attractions: A spotlight on Jody Pendarvis and his UFO-themed display in Bowman, South Carolina (4:07).
    • Robert Bigelow: A mention of the billionaire's contributions to space exploration and the study of UFOs (6:56).

Part 2: Interview with Dream Interpreter JM DeBord (8:34 – 40:30) Jason explains his methodology for interpreting dreams, emphasizing that they are personal stories rather than fixed definitions:

    • The Symbolic Approach: Jason stresses the importance of analyzing the setting, characters, and actions within a dream to find personal meaning (31:26). He cautions against relying on one-size-fits-all dream dictionaries (13:33).
    • Visitation Dreams vs. Metaphors: Jason discusses how to distinguish between a metaphorical dream (related to grief or personal growth) and a potential spiritual visitation. He notes that visitation dreams often feature the deceased in their prime, convey messages of love, and sometimes provide unknown information (21:16).
    • Dream Myths: Jason debunks the common myth that dying or hitting the ground in a dream results in real-life death, sharing his own personal experience where a falling dream symbolized hitting 'rock bottom' and prompted a major life change (34:10).
    • Community Impact: Jason shares how he began his work on Reddit (the r/Dreams subreddit) to help people navigate their subconscious and why he believes understanding dreams is a powerful tool for personal development (26:40, 30:44).

  • Elly Flippen on Ingo Swann, ET Contact, and the Cautionary Side of Perception 2/2
    Jun 4 2026

In Part 2 of my conversation with author Elly Flippen, we move into the more esoteric side of Ingo Swann’s work — including remote viewing the planets, UFOs and UAPs, non-human entities, and the complicated nature of contact experiences.

Ingo Swann is widely known as an artist, author, and remote viewing pioneer, but his explorations extended far beyond laboratory perception studies. His work touched the edges of anomalous contact, intelligence beyond the human frame, and encounters that were not always comfortable — or easily explained.

Elly shares that there is a downside to contact experience that has not been given enough attention. Not every encounter is benevolent. Not every presence is what it appears to be. And not every open door is easy to close.

Drawing from Ingo’s writings, his website, and Elly’s own work, this conversation asks a deeper question: What kind of preparation, discernment, and grounding are needed before engaging the unseen? Curious about Ingo's explorations. Elly has created a wonderful archive. IngoSwann.com is an excellent resource.

  • You Know More Than You Think: Elly Flippen on Perception Before Thought 1/2
    Jun 4 2026

In this two-part conversation, we talk with author Elly Flippen about You Know More Than You Think, her five-book experiential series exploring perceptual literacy — how awareness forms, stabilizes, differentiates, navigates, and eventually encounters the larger forces shaping reality.

Elly brings a unique personal perspective to this work. She grew up in close proximity to her uncle, artist and remote viewing pioneer Ingo Swann, where she was immersed in his creative work, perceptual research, and the wider community around it. That early exposure gave her a first-hand view of how perception operates at the edges of what is usually noticed.

As an example, the first book in the series, What’s Already There, which focuses on perception before thought: the body’s ability to register tone, atmosphere, connection, and pattern before conscious reasoning steps in.

This is not a conversation about mystical powers. It is a grounded look at the subtle ways we sense, respond, and know more than we may have been taught to trust. Across the two interviews, Elly offers a thoughtful bridge between lived experience, perceptual science, neuroscience, and the research lineage of Ingo Swann.

  • Why Humans Must Master Telepathy to Survive - Meg Hansen
    May 29 2026

So - even though she's seen a few UFOs - along with her Dad in one instance (he opted to avoid admiting it was a UFO), her interest has always been focused on the entities, not the hardware. Her assessment? Communicating with ETs requires advanced telepathic skills humans have yet to master.

She offers a few quick tips on how to improve your own telepathic abilities. And then how good you are - is up to you. One word: practice.

  • Talking with ETs - and using AI to communicate with Whales
    May 21 2026

In this short edited segment, Meg Hansen explores the challenge of communicating with non-human intelligences through telepathy, tones, emotion, and symbolic thought rather than spoken language. She describes the experience as trying to process information that arrives faster than the human mind can translate it into words.

Could AI could eventually help bridge that communication gap by recognizing patterns, frequencies, or forms of intelligence humans struggle to interpret in real time? A recent breakthrough study involving a 20-minute interactive exchange with a whale raises intriguing questions about consciousness, nonverbal intelligence, and whether humanity is closer to understanding entirely different forms of communication than we realize.

  • Psychic Archaeology, ET Communication, and *Surviving Northern Ireland: Meg Hansen
    May 16 2026
We start with Meg's most recent book: Psychic Archaeology in New York: The Timeless Resonance of New York's Stone Chambers -

    • Acoustic properties capable of inducing altered states of consciousness
    • Astronomical alignments shared with sacred sites worldwide
    • No one knows who built them. No one can agree on their purpose.

Meghan Hansen is a researcher, music industry veteran, and founder of Metaphysical New York. She has investigated enigmatic stone chambers across New York and beyond — research led her to Ireland and Northern Ireland, where history, landscape, and something she had not anticipated [life-threatening] converged. (*She speaks candidly about recovering from the trauma that resulted from that journey. Update: Edits for sensitive information. She was there for research and is writing a book about the experience. )

The conversation covers PSI phenomena — including the ways suggestion and hypnosis can operate below conscious awareness. She stresses the need for educating people about telepathy and offers first hand insight on ET communication — what it means to interact telepathically with an intelligence that doesn't think in language or process reality through human frameworks.

*NOTE: Mature audience. Conversation about consciousness, *survival, intuition, and learning to navigate experiences that push beyond conventional reality.

  • Connected? Sedona ET Abduction + Underground Military Base: Jocelyn Buckner
    May 1 2026

Proof this is an authentic voice interview (not AI): a helicopter cameo buzzes overhead approximately 11 minutes into the conversation.

Former Sedona vortex tour guide Jocelyn Buckner shares what she’s witnessed, what she’s felt, and what two decades of guiding others through these landscapes has taught her about the nature of awareness.

Her perspective is grounded in direct experience: When you visit Sedona, it’s something you can test for yourself.

Beyond the well-known vortex sites, there are locations like Bradshaw Ranch, now private property, with a long history of reported anomalies. These include unexplained lights, environmental disturbances, and accounts of a resident Sasquatch presence (often referred to locally as “Big Girl”). Some of Jocelyn’s most unusual experiences are connected to this area.

Among the most extreme is an ET abduction experience she is currently writing about with co-experiencer and co-author Melinda Leslie.

Sedona is widely recognized as one of the world’s most notable “vortex” regions. The term means different things depending on perspective: spiritual, psychological, or environmental. One observation remains consistent: Visitors often report a shift in awareness.

Jocelyn describes vortex sites as amplifiers — places that enhance what’s already present. Which leads to one of her key insights: What you bring with you matters.
