  • Tara- Session 1

    In the first session on the podcast, we meet Tara.

    Tara is 49 years old and has two adult children. She was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes back in 2021, at which time she immediately began her lifestyle change. She gave up sodas and began working out 3-4 times weekly. Tara wants to be healthy because she doesn’t want to become a burden to her daughters as she ages. We will be working on planning and eating healthy meals throughout her sessions.

    Our next client is Brittany

    Brittany is a “fresh 35” year old (her words lol), mom of a 15-year-old boy and 12-year-old twin girls. She feels that a routine will help her lose weight and feel more energized throughout her day. A self-proclaimed “nibbler,” she eats while cooking and finds herself not hungry when mealtime approaches. We will work together to create a healthy routine that she can sustain for long-term success with her health goals.

  • How to Have More Energy- Tara (2)

    In this session, Tara and I discuss how she can better prepare for unforeseen life events and the importance of a healthy foundation.
